| There’s no questioning the dedication of SCDG’s very own Mistress of Merchandise—Rita Mortis. Rita joined the ranks of Fresh Meat in 2009. Shortly before her scrimmage assessment an old knee injury flared up, requiring surgery. For a lot of skaters, injury is enough to take a slower role within the league, but not Rita. Skating or not, she has always continued her dedication to SCDG. She is the Point of Merch and you’ll see her working hard at all the home bouts. Countless hours are spent organizing SCDG merchandise and keeping inventory. She is extremely supportive to all league members and her creativity and imagination spur the best costumes and boutfits.
